Nowadays, living and working in South Austin, I have almost unlimited opportunities to grab a quick bite to eat, but not from your standard fast food restaurant. Instead, it’s from a trailer. This trend has been building over the last couple of years and is now a bit of a phenomenon. These things have popped up everywhere. Last week I literally watch my neighbor build a trailer in his side yard and the next week sell BBQ out of it on South Congress.
Want a taco? Easy. Dessert? Multiple choices. Hot Chocolate? Crepes? Cones? Pizza? The list goes on and on. Sooooo, I’ve decided to try a trailer meal once a week, write a review and post it. Look for my first review later this week. Mmmmmmm. This is going to be fun — and tasty — and fattening!
Try a Trailer!
