Try a Trailer – The Mighty Cone

The Mighty Cone has been around for awhile. They debuted in 2002 at the ACL Music Fest and while it is now one of the busiest trailers on South Congress, I’m going have to pass next time. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad. This is good fair/festival food. It’s just that one of my favorite things about the trailer trend is how amazing some of the food taste. There is something about the dichotomy of incredible tasting food coming out of a trailer. My expectations are set pretty high and The My Mighty Cone seemed a bit ordinary. The picture above is of my lunch; a chicken and avocado cone with chili dusted fries.
