Muck-n-Dave’s is the newest edition to the South Congress Food Trailer lineup. You can smell the BBQ cooking from blocks off and that’s actually what got me to stop and try it out. I ordered a 1/2 pound of brisket and that’s it – no sandwich, no sides. I gotta tell you, it was pretty damn tasty. The meat is lean and moist. It has a rich, smoky flavor and I woofed it down without adding any sauce. I’m definitely going back and trying the ribs and sausage – maybe today!
