The Screamer Company opened in 2002 with the idea that a talented team of industry experts, combined with dedicated clients who share a common philosophy on the creative process, can make powerful impressions. Founder Scott Creamer recruited savvy talent from all corners of the industry, and the result is a highly specialized agency with an unwavering commitment to delivering superior results for their clients, on budget and on time.

The Screamer Company’s core philosophy is that good ideas come from genuine understanding and curiosity of the world around you. This belief transfers to their work through up front research, a continued dialogue with both their clients and the public, and the constant curiosity of what’s to come.  As a result, The Screamer Company has quickly gained a reputation as a visionary full-service advertising and marketing firm dedicated to innovation.

With expertise in health care and extensive experience working in the private sector, The Screamer Company is highly practiced in working with minority populations. The Scream Team:

Scott Creamer, Owner and President

Scott isn’t just the president of The Screamer Company, he’s involved in every aspect of the day-to-day business, from high-level strategy to account service. A classic entrepreneur, Scott took his two decades of industry experience and founded the firm in 2006.

Under Scott’s leadership and vision, The Screamer Company has quickly gained a reputation as a visionary full-service advertising and marketing firm dedicated to innovation. By delivering proven results, The Screamer Company’s client list has expanded to include a diverse mix of companies across industry categories.

Mason McFee, Art Director and Designer

Mason McFee is a conceptual designer highly skilled in all phases of the graphic arts. He offers a rare combination of strategic thinking, design sense and a mastery of computer graphics technologies.

Mason has contributed to the graphic identity of a wide array of brands, including: Dell Children’s Medical Center, Seton Family of Hospitals, Luminex, Ootra, and Steiner Ranch. Working with musicians to clinicians, Mason’s keen eye for detail and his collaborative spirit have helped numerous companies bring their vision to fruition.

Jody Laney, Art Director

An award-winning art director, Jody Laney has lent his expertise to The Screamer Company since 2006. Jody drives the success of each project from conceptualization to completion. He helps ensure that all work delivered is of highest impact and delivered according to defined goals and timelines. He has overseen the design and branding for Dell Children’s Medical Center, Ootra Handbags, Souper Salad and Clear Channel Entertainment.

Jody has received many industry awards in his more than 22 years as a graphic designer, including several Addy Awards, Austin Graphic Arts Society, a Golden Quill Award and CASA. He has had several of his designs published in Communications Arts, Print Magazine, The Best of Print and KERN.

Lisa Seegers, Office Manager

Lisa is in charge of the day-to-day operations at The Screamer Company. A veteran of the advertising and marketing industry, she has racked up more than 20 years of accounting experience in helping small businesses grow.

Lisa maintains all the company’s financials, as well as the upkeep of customer invoices and employee files. Her extensive background in administrative procedures and customer service equips her with a breadth of knowledge essential for project management and communication with clients and vendors.

Brandon Jansa, Account Management

Brandon’s one of the rare people who actually studied this discipline. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Advertising, he entered the industry as a professional and did urban multi-cultural work for a major telecommunications client. After three years of account management, he moved to Japan with his wife where they ate exotic fare, made wonderful memories and improved their Japanese only slightly. They enjoyed challenging themselves immensely, but missed their little pup back home. And so they returned. Brandon has been with the Screamer Company since July 2009, and his favorite thing about the industry is the people. “The people and their creative energy are contagious,” he’s been quoted as saying. “I am a better person because of the friends I’ve made in advertising.”

When not behind his desk sending emails, keeping projects on budget and listening to a broad range of music, from gritty hip hop to super adorable Japanese pop, Brandon’s out exploring new restaurants with his wife, riding his little yellow bicycle and collecting books.
