By delivering proven results, The Screamer Company’s client list has expanded to include a diverse mix of companies across industry categories.
Tim Lee – Chief Operating OfficerTim oversees the day-to-day operations of The Screamer Company and provides the team with legal guidance. Tim’s legal education and experience as senior management in both public and private companies gives the team the foundation they need to create award-winning work.
Darren Drewitz – Strategist and MediaDarren brings an array of marketing and advertising strategic thinking skills to the table everyday at The Screamer Company. Whether he is developing marketing plans, buying media or communicating between the creative team and client, Darren applies his experience working with multi-billion dollar, international companies to every project that crosses his desk.
Dave Brown – Account DirectorWith years of account management experience, Dave provides a wide variety of consumer and business advertising experience to the team. After decades of work in New York, Philadelphia and Washington DC he brings his success in developing and supporting marketing campaigns for clients while leading divergent teams of inside and outside resources.
Mason McFee – Art DirectorMason is an art director and designer highly skilled in all phases of the graphic arts. He offers a rare combination of strategic thinking, design sense and a mastery of computer graphics technologies. Working with musicians to clinicians, Mason’s keen eye for detail and his collaborative spirit have helped numerous companies bring their vision to fruition.
Dan Wehmeier – Account ManagerDan’s leadership and account management skills ensure that our clients are happy and our creative team is on task and on time. His knowledge of the agency process and contemporary advertising are essential to each project through Screamer’s doors. Dan is active in the local Austin Advertising Federation.
Stephanie East – Office Manager/P.A.Stephanie brings her event planning and art background to the office everyday. Along with being organized and creative, Stephanie assists the Scream Team in keeping our records up to date, our meetings on time and our office a enjoyable place to work.

The ideal candidate will be expected to perform the following:
- develop project strategies and tactics;
- research and write project briefs;
- prepare project budgets and estimates;
- manage client projects through conclusion, including timelines and budgets;
- serve as liaison between client and agency;
- keep creative team informed on project status;
- insure creative team remains focused;
- develop thorough understanding of project management software;
- knowledge of “Workamajig” a plus;
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- prepare and make presentations to clients;
- provide supervision to junior account manager(s) and intern;
- report to President/ Creative Director; and
- have a good time.
